Maintenance Repairs
We handle minor plumbing tasks such as faucet and vanity change-outs, sink drainage fixes, spigot replacements, toilet tank valve repairs, and shower head replacements. Our electrical services include fan, light, and outlet changes in newer homes, as well as outdoor light installations. Note: We do not run wire or install new voltage.
Home improvements
Our home improvement services cover drywall repair and installation, mudding, painting, furniture assembly, minor cabinet repairs (depending on the situation), interior trim work, garage and outside door trim, caulking, window AC installation/removal, blinds installation, picture/shelf hanging, scratch filling, and custom builds.
Handyman Repairs
We also offer deck repair (excluding rebuilds), downspout maintenance, shed repairs, minor storm door repairs, mailbox installations, hinge adjustments, garage door weather stripping, dock repairs, lattice work, door lock repairs, smoke detector & CO2 installations, minor insulation work, TV mounting, shiplap installation, and woodworking services.
